Product's Return Policy

We guarantee that the products you will find at our store are among the best. But do you still for some reason need to return a product you have just purchased from us?

If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may choose to return it. In spite of our constant endeavor to ensure your 100% satisfaction, if you feel that you wish to return or exchange a product, simply contact us. The typical problems which might make you wish to return a product are given below.

Note: Custom made products (customized products) may not be returned for credit.

i)  If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product, after deducting all applicable labor charges

ii) If the product fails to match with your requirements, or is found to be defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product.

iii) If the product that is shipped to you does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% through the secured payment gateway PayPal.
